Limited One Year Warranty

All Balanzza Digital Luggage Scales carry a limited One Year warranty for the original owner covering any defect in materials and parts. This warranty provides that defective Balanzza Digital Luggage Scales will be repaired or replaced at our option, at no charge for parts and labor, and does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance or modification.

FAULTY / RETURNS PROCEDURE

When returning your Balanzza within the UK (excluding Channel Islands), please send the unit in adequate protective packaging by Royal Mail recorded mail. This should cost no more than £3.

The weight you should enter is 260gram. The size format you should choose is PACKET.

If you choose to send by a different, more expensive method, we are only able to refund to a maximum of £3 (the expected cost of sending a Balanzza by Royal Mail recorded delivery within the UK, excluding Channel Islands)

14 DAY GUARANTEE

Should you be unhappy with your Balanzza purchase you are able to return it to us, undamaged and in it’s original packaging to the above address. Upon receipt we will provide you with a refund on your total purchase price less £2.50 (to cover original postage cost). We cannot offer a refund on your return postage.
