Limited One Year Warranty

All Balanzza Digital Luggage Scales carry a limited One Year warranty for the original owner covering any defect in materials and parts. This warranty provides that defective Balanzza Digital Luggage Scales will be repaired or replaced at our option, at no charge for parts and labor, and does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance or modification.

Repair/Replace Instructions

To return Balanzza for repair or replacement, please send the unit in adequate protective packaging, by recorded mail to:
